Coca-cola cups..

okay okay.. i'm obsessed with these cups.... some of them are just so pretty.... especially the purple, blue and lime cups.. the green is a disappointment.. and the black is sophisticated.. now the only sore point for me is that i haven't managed to get a pink cup.. which i'm quite disappointed.. I would love to get a pink cup to add to my collection.. anybody have a cup to spare to give/sell/trade with me?? please?? pretty please???

prawn fishing.. 17th oct

okay I know it's been ages since I last came onto this blog.. a year plus to be exact.. I guess I haven't had much to really say so I have been really quiet... plus who would actually read my blog save a couple of really good friends? I suppose it would help ginchee to keep up with my rather unexciting life..

now the most exciting thing I've done lately would probably be the prawn fishing I did last weekend.. 17th October.. went with Nat, Serena and my sis Katherine. I guess my expectations wasn't that high.. I mean me fish? never touched a fishing rod before so I was anticipating no prawns caught.. I think Nat was more optimistic than me. =P

well we managed to catch a total of *drum roll please* ....

25 prawns!!

yep 25 big yummy looking prawns... they were really big.. bigger than our expectations.. we kinda just expected medium sized prawns but these were huge.. if i figure out how to put pics on to this blog then u'll see..

after that we decided that 25 prawns would not fill us .. so we headed off to McD's for some takeaway.. always can count on McD's.. though i think i'm gonna boycott it for a bit till they manage their staff a bit better.. especially the McD's in Tesco Puchong.. but that's another story.. =)

so we went back to my house and put the now dead prawns on display on my kitchen table and took loads of photos.. i think my dad thought we'd gone insane.. =P and we fried them up to eat.. and they were yummy.. yummy.. yummy.. =)

Serena was the first to catch a prawn.. gave the rest of us hope after that..

Katherine's successful attempt at prawn fishing.. and being her kiasu sister whenever she caught a prawn I had to as well.. well i did say i was kiasu..

YAY Nat finally caught one prawn.. (she was rather successful in the end with 3 in succession.. whereas my end of the pool was taken over by this guy who was a pro so i didn't catch very many after that)
