it's been a week liao.. and boy am i tired.. i just feel exhausted.. and we haven't even started to film... it's just so much preparation.. not only on paper.. but also to prepare the actor and actress to know what they have to do.. to analyse the script.. tho i must say the writer isn't very accomodating.. so we are now making two films.. one for the writer.. and one for us.. the best thing tho.. is that my tutor is very much for our version of the story rather than the writer's ... isn't that cool.. a tutor who supports us rather than the writer.. :P

was asked today by a (younger) friend about why i dun have a bf and whether it was my choice.. i replied my expectations are too high so that's y i probably dun have a bf.. but yeah.. it did get me wondering as usual..

anyway.. my short film is titled The Illusion.. it's gonna be pretty cool if we can pull it off.. it's about this girl who's being forced into marriage by her mother and doesn't want it.. she wants her freedom to go ard the world.. to go to university to get an education.. she has this illusion that her mother has arranged for her to marry a village boy.. so she kills herself.. little does she know this village boy is a well education, handsome young man that will give her whatever she wants in the world.. it's kinda morbid and sad... oh well.. the writer wants it that way.. so we'll do it that way la..

i have managed to get into the ASTRO NIDA short course.. well i'm getting my confirmation tomorrow! weeee! am so excited.. it's for the screen directing.. and it's the one i wanted.. so yeps.. can u imagine that.. i actually applied and got something i wanted.. =) so happy now..

it starts monday the 19th.. and runs for 2 weeks.. monday to saturday.. so yeps.. it's pretty cool.. can u sense my excitement??

anyways.. on to other news.. i have to phone up MAS office and speak to a high ranking person there.. and i'm totally nervous cos i stutter when i talk to ppl for the first time.. and i have to ask her for money!!! totally screw..

random facts for today..

anyways.. i just got well and truly hooked onto facebook.. i'm frantically finding people to add to my list.. and it's like friendster.. so addictive.. and i can poke, scare, spank, throw something at ppl.. it's kinda fun at the mo.. but i think it'll wear off soon enuff...

saw on tv that ppl who like to eat salty stuff are stressed out a lot.. well that could kinda be about me i guess.. i always have stuff to do.. things to accomplish.. and year end is always stressful.. and i'm always tired.. hmmm i need a holiday.. hehe..

i dun understand why malaysians don't seem to know how to use their indicators on their cars.. it's so simple.. yet many refuse to use them and it infuriates me when i'm driving and waiting for a car to pass at a junction and they just suddenly turn.. malaysian drivers!

just applied for the astro-nida short course.. i'm not confident of getting it cos i think i wrote a pretty bleh essay as to why i would want it.. oh well.. just have to wait and see i guess ..the timing suits me fine.. it's just that i can't ever seem to write a decent introductory essay..

currently just finished reading The Mysterious Affair At Styles by Agatha Christie.. *sigh*.. i've probably read this book a lot of times but i can never remember who did it! but this book is good.. kept me interested till the end..

first post! and i dunno what to write.. *laughs* and yes. i have moved from xanga to here.. i will be keeping my xanga open for now.. but i think i'm too bored with it already.. it's been a while since i've been using xanga...need to tell ppl i've changed i guess.. so malas to actually.. wat a malaysian thing.. to be malas to tell ppl about stuff.. oh well.. i guess for now the only two ppl that will know about this is gin n nat.. *waves at gin n nat* .. hi gals.. hopefully i'll blog more now that i'm on blogspot.. plus i need a new background.. any ideas?

also i'm guessing this site will be more for me to write and nurture writing rather than just write about daily happenings.. my life is so structural that i think it's not worth writing about it everyday.. i will write if anything interesting comes to light.. but if not.. then u'll have to make do with my amateur writings instead.. feedback is welcomed..
